Filmmaker Oren Moverman and Actor / producer Ben Foster attend 55th BFI London Film Festival as they showcase their film RAMPART. Premiere Scene's Claire Bueno and William McLaughlan caught up with them as they tell us a little more about the Rampart Scandal and the police corruption in 1999. Moverman shares his script writing technique and Foster tells us about his new type of role!
